Who we are

Anna Cleaning Services is a sole trader business based at 42, Tamworth B79 8HP. We are the "data controller" for any personal information you give us.

What information we collect

• When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, postcode, the service you want and anything you choose to tell us.
• When you become a customer: your address, access details (for example key or alarm arrangements) and payment records.

This website does not store anything you type into the quote form. When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp on your device with your message written out. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta) and handles messages under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract.
• To arrange and carry out your cleaning: performance of a contract.
• To keep financial records for HMRC: legal obligation.

We never sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only where needed: our phone and messaging providers, an accountant if we use one, and HMRC where the law requires it. Our website host may keep basic server logs (such as IP addresses) for security for a short time.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to a booking: deleted within 12 months.
• Customer and payment records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, ask us to limit or stop using it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Just call or message us. We will reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking. Fonts and all other files are loaded from this website itself, not from third parties, so no information about your visit is shared with anyone else. That's why you won't see a cookie banner.

The only outside services are ones you choose to open: WhatsApp (if you use the form) and Google Maps (if you click the map link).
